Losing Carlo Moiso

Carlo Moiso, MD, TSTA, a long-time and beloved ITAA member, died on 28 November 2008 after a long battle with cancer. In 1987 he won the Eric Berne Memorial Scientific Award for his 1985 TAJ article "Ego States and Transference." His memorial service was held on 1 December in Rome, Italy.
